I started this blog because I had a hard time finding gardeners that are like me; gardeners who love plants, have interests in the aesthetic and are concerned with the well being of the planet. My passion for environmental horticulture, urban forestry and ecological restoration rarely converge. Mention a love for fashion, art, science, politics, music or popular culture and you'll get a snicker among the more traditional gardeners.
This is my movement, The Dandy Gardeners: out to change the face and view of the root bound gardening world and all institutions that stem from it. Don't expect your momma's gardening here, because things are going to get dehiscent...
